I DO NOT LIVE IN THE U.S., DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we accept orders and ship worldwide.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow 2-4 days for processing and handling. During high-volume times shipping may be delayed to 1-2 weeks, however, we try our best to get items to you in a timely manner.

Orders from western parts of the United States can expect to have their package arrive within 1-2 business days after an item has been shipped. Orders from eastern parts of the United States can expect to have their package arrive within 2-3 business days once an item has been shipped.

International orders can expect their package to arrive within 1-2 weeks of shipment. 

 

I GOT MY TRACKING NUMBER BUT ITS NOT UPDATING, IS SOMETHING WRONG?

Tracking numbers take up to 60 hours before updating. Please be patient.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

Yes, we may process an exchange as long as it is process within 7 days of the package delivery date. If the product you received did not fit to your liking you may exchange it for a new size. In the event the new size you would like is not in stock, you may exchange your order for another product of the same value. 

Please be aware that you assume all risks and shipping costs associated with processing a refund. DE-YOUTH does not provide return labels and is not liable for a refund in the event your package is lost by a third party carrier during shipment to our location for return processing. 

We do not accept exchanges that have not been pre-approved, please be sure to contact us with your order # before sending in your package so that we may verify the correct information for delivery. Packages sent without approval will be returned back to the original address and no exchange will be processed.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER? 

We accept returns for store credit only as long as they are processed within 14 days of the package delivery date. You will receive store credit via a MENACE gift card, we do not process cash returns. Please contact us with your order # so that we may begin the return process. Items must be in the same condition they are received. If upon inspection we notice an item seems to have been worn other than to try it on we will not accept the return and ship the item back.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT? 

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we may not cancel orders once they have been placed. If you would like a refund then we can process a return once items are in your possession, keep in mind that we do not provide labels for a return. Please be sure of the items in your cart before checking out.

 

 

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO COMPLETE CHECKOUT? WHAT CREDIT CARDS CAN I USE TO ORDER?
No, you do not need a PayPal account to complete checkout. We accept every major credit card via our store checkout and the PayPal checkout. 

 

HOW WILL MY PRODUCT GET SHIPPED TO ME?
We ship all orders via USPS. We use Flat Rate shipping or USPS Priority Mail shipping. On occasion, we may require a signature for delivery on larger orders. We do not use any other shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

 

WHEN ARE YOU RELEASING NEW PRODUCT?

ARE YOU GOING TO RESTOCK?
We very rarely restock our products, so chances are once an item is sold out it is sold out for good. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time or send us an email at contactdeyouth@gmail.com so we can directly provide you with further information.
